Information handled by this website

Assessment answers and result objects stay in your browser during the local-only assessment experience. An unfinished assessment may remain in the browser session until you finish, restart, or end the session.

If you choose to email us, we receive the information you include in your message and ordinary email-routing information. Our hosting, security, authentication, and email-service providers may process limited technical or account information needed to operate and protect their services.

This site links to third-party services, including media and giving services. Those services operate under their own privacy practices.

How information is used and shared

We use information only to respond to a request, provide an enabled account service, operate and secure ministry services, protect people and the ministry, comply with applicable law, or maintain appropriate records. We do not sell or rent personal information.

We do not use assessment answers, assessment results, or pastoral-email content for advertising, marketing audiences, or automated profiling. We share information only when reasonably necessary to respond to the sender, operate an approved provider service, protect safety, comply with law, or address a legal claim.

Pastoral messages by email

You may email a prayer request or pastoral question to the ministry. Email is not an emergency service or a secure clinical or counseling channel. Please choose carefully what you send. Do not email assessment answers, passwords, payment-card or bank information, government identification, or detailed medical or mental-health records.

We handle messages with care, but email may be processed by email providers and accessed when reasonably necessary for pastoral response, safety, legal obligations, or ministry administration. Do not rely on email for an immediate response or an emergency.

Retention and deletion

We aim to retain a general email inquiry for no more than 12 months after the inquiry is closed, then delete it from active working records when reasonably practicable. Earlier deletion may be available after a verified request, subject to safety needs, legal holds, applicable law, and provider backup schedules.

Children and families

This website does not knowingly collect personal information from children through a website form, subscription, or assessment-result process. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent personal information may contact us by email.

We will not enable a child-directed collection feature or knowingly collect a child's personal information without the required notice, consent process, security safeguards, and retention and deletion practices.

Questions and changes

Contact us by email with a privacy question or request. We may update this policy when an enabled feature or information practice changes. Material new collection, use, or sharing requires review before it is enabled.
