Purchases
This site doesn't sell products, take orders, or ship anything, and it never collects payment information. So there's nothing here to return or refund.
Gifts made through Givebutter
Giving happens on Givebutter. A gift is a voluntary donation, not a purchase. If you think a gift was made in error, like the wrong amount or a duplicate, email us at granttoddministries@gmail.com as soon as you can. Tell us the date, the amount, and the name on the gift. We'll look into it with you in good faith. Whether a gift can be refunded also depends on Givebutter's and the payment processor's own policies.
If this changes
If we ever offer something for sale, we'll post clear refund terms before you can buy it.
